Tradd Management announced today that Ami Ruland has joined the firm as a Senior Property Manager. Ami oversees the management operations for a specialized portfolio of luxury waterfront condominium developments. Prior to joining Tradd Management, Ami spent over 20 years in various property management and real estate roles ranging from multifamily, homeowner associations, commercial management, and real estate sales. At her previous company, Ami was a Regional Vice President, where she was instrumental in the office start up and growth. Ami holds the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation from the Community Associations Institute (CAI).

Cristina brings a wealth of knowledge with over fourteen years of experience in various management positions. Over the last six years she has dedicated her management skills to the management of single family homes and condominiums. Cristina is currently working toward the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation from the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB).
