Accounts Payable Manager
Michelle Coates is the Accounts Payable Manager at Tradd Management, where she oversees the accounts payable processes and vendor management. Before joining Tradd Management, Michelle Coates accumulated over a decade of experience in the corporate world, specializing in accounts payable and receivables within the healthcare and insurance industries. Originally from Mechanicsville, Maryland, Michelle has made Myrtle Beach her home since 2009. Outside of her professional responsibilities, she is an active member of Beach Church and dedicates her time as a committed volunteer with the ARC of Coastal Carolina non-profit organization.

Debbie Jumper serves as Risk Manager for Tradd Management. She oversees risk management processes for properties, vendors and tenants, as well as reviewing and monitoring insurance policies and quality control procedures for the association, occupants, and service providers.
Debbie holds a B.S. in Psychology and a Minor in Business from Florida State University. Prior to joining Tradd Management in 2011, Debbie worked for a local general contractor firm serving in accounting and operational roles. Debbie has been a Myrtle Beach resident since 2000 and is extremely active in the community to include Boy Scouts, First Presbyterian Church, and a number of civic organizations.
